A commercial grade rotisserie pellet smoker, the Fast Eddy’s™ by Cookshack FEC750 is our largest capacity smoker. With a capacity of holding up to 750 lbs. of pork butt, this smoker gets up to your desired internal temperature in only 10 to 15 minutes. It features electronically-controlled heat featuring the Cookshack exclusive IQ5 controller. The FEC750 uses economic 100% food grade wood pellets for pure wood smoke flavor. No gas lines are needed so you will not get gas fumes passing over your meat, which means a much better tasting product than you can get with gas-fired pits. Ventilation is required for the proper operation of these units indoors. The FEC750 is NSF Approved, USDA Approved, Warnock Hersey and ETL Listed in the USA and Canada as Commercial Cooking Equipment.
